If you want to specify in line with Building Schools for the Future guidelines, the Corian Wash Trough has been designed to follow those government toilet guidelines and recommendations. Available in eight distinctive colours, the top is manufactured in a variety of modular sizes and can be seamlessly jointed if required. Extremely durable, easy to clean and maintain, with support provided by the unique cantilevered support system, with optional lift off panels to conceal pipe work.

K32 Specification
Top
13mm Corian solid surface from standard range of colours, with 18mm moisture resistant mdf substrate. Sited 870mm from f.f.l, 500mm deep with profiled 100mm thermoformed recess and integrated wastes. Corian splashback 150mm tall to finish flush with rear of trough. Support Framework: Cantilevered galvanised steel support arms connected to 2.5mm thick full length channel sub frame, fixed to existing structure, using appropriate fixings.
Panels
15mm moisture resistant chipboard faced with specified high pressure laminate finish and edged with matching tape/laminate. Alternatively, vertical edges can be postformed. All panels are lift off and fixed with male plastic keku clips fixed to rear, to interface with matching female keku clip, fixed to vertical infill.
Infill
Vertical infills manufactured from 15mm moisture resistant chipboard/mdf core, faced with specified high pressure laminate; grooved to accept a female keku clip, plywood skirting to accept appropriate floor finish.
Finishes
Top Colour: 13mm Corian sheet from standard colour range.
Panel Colour: 0.7mm HP Laminate from standard colour range.
Vertical Infill Colour: 0.7mm HP Laminate from standard colour range.
